• Teaching experience: Experience in education and teaching art, particularly with diverse age groups.

• Understanding of individual student needs: Willingness to adapt instruction to various student ability levels and interests.

• Positive approach: The ability to create a supportive and inspiring learning environment.

• Communication skills: Good communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents and colleagues.

• Willingness for further training: The willingness to continuously develop and integrate new teaching methods and techniques into practice.
